Refund policy

We offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase for full-priced items only, provided they meet the following conditions:
Proof of purchase is provided
• The item has not been worn or damaged
• The item is in its original condition with tags attached
• The item is not jewellery, intimates or accessories

Please note, we do not issue refunds for change of mind.

All sale items and member-discounted prices are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit unless faulty.
